SHIPPING POLICY

Eatally Artisanal Ice Creams Shipping and Delivery:

Ice cream will be delivered free of cost same day to selected areas if the order total is above 1500 Indian Rupees all over Pune City and selected areas of PCMC. We Charge 100 rupees delivery charges for order value upto 900 and charge 70 rupees delivery charge for order value between 900 to 1500. For Mumbai Locations delivery charges will be calculated by distance.

For all Mumbai & Thane locations flat fee of Rs. 65 + 20 Rs packing charges is added to the cart if distance is less than 5 Kms and then onwards 15Rs per Kms

Same day delivery is at the moment is restricted to the following areas only - Pune City limits.(order placed before 9 PM)

we do not deliver to Wagholi at the moment. Mumbai City we deliver same day.

Ice cream is carried in Styrofoam coolers with dry ice to keep your ice cream safe and sound during transit.

IMPORTANT

Order delivery time is conveyed via WhatsApp msg or SMS to the number provided while ordering. If by any chance the customer is not available to pick up and is not reachable on call, then we will attempt to deliver to your neighbor. if that is not accepted the ice creams will not be taken back and refund will not be issued! As in transit the ice cream temperature is fluctuated and we cannot deliver the same to another of our patron.

Order cut off time is at 9PM IST every day. Any orders placed after 9 PM will be shipped next day and delivered before 9 PM. All orders placed after 9PM IST will be treated as orders placed next business day. Any Customised Orders should be placed at least a week before your requirement.

As Ice Cream is perishable and easily ruined with temperature fluctuations; If it is been Gifted to someone please let the gift recipient know it's on the way to make sure they'll be at Home on delivery day.

Storage of Ice Cream is Very Important. We store our ice creams at -25C constant and is protected from temperature fluctuations. Keeping your Ice creams after delivery in a deep freezer set to maximum to retain the firmness and quality of the Ice Creams. We suggest not to keep them in a single door refrigerator as they are not formulated to remain in higher temperatures in the said refrigerator. It is advisable to keep Eatally Ice Creams in separate deep freezer compartment set to lowest possible temperature.

Dry Ice Safety Recommendations: Dry ice is our best friend. A very dangerous friend. But our best. PLEASE USE CAUTION with the dry ice. Do not touch it!

Always handle dry ice with care, and wear protective cloth (an oven mitt or kitchen towel) whenever handling it. Leave the dry ice at room temperature in a well-ventilated area. It will eventually sublimate from solid to gas – like magic. Keep away from children and pets! And do not leave the dry ice on a tiled or solid surface countertop as the extreme cold may crack it.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

If you are dissatisfied with the Product for any reason, please contact us at support@shopeatally.com within one (1) day of the date you received the Product. At our expense or, depending on the circumstances, we may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for the Product. We will require the photographic documentation of any Product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund.

If you are dissatisfied with any non-food Product you purchased through the EATALLY Ice Cream Sites, that was shipped to your directly from EATALLY Ice Cream, you may return the Product within four (4) days of the date you received the Product by contacting support@shopeatally.com and following the shipping instructions we supply; provided, that all returned Products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned Product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the Product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund.
